Community Relations Liaison
(Part-Time | Flexible Hours)
Position Overview
Zion Classical Academy (ZCA) is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and mission-driven individual to serve as our Community Relations Liaison. This role strengthens ZCA’s presence in the community, promotes the school’s mission, and builds meaningful relationships—particularly with partner churches and local families.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives working independently while staying aligned with a larger vision.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications:
- Manage and grow ZCA’s social media presence (content creation, posting, engagement)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote enrollment and events
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
- Create promotional materials (digital and print)
Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with partner churches and local organizations
- Represent ZCA at community events, church functions, and outreach opportunities
- Coordinate and promote school participation in local events
Event Promotion & Support:
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing school events and fundraisers
- Increase community awareness and attendance through targeted outreach
General Coordination:
- Track outreach efforts and engagement
- Identify new opportunities for visibility and partnership
- Work independently while collaborating with school leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in marketing, communications, or social media management preferred
- Creative mindset with the ability to engage a variety of audiences
- Comfortable representing ZCA in public and community settings
Faith & Mission Alignment
- Must support and align with the mission and values of Zion Classical Academy
- A commitment to Christian education and a passion for community-building is essential
