Pre-Kindergarten Paraeducator
Zion Classical Academy – Hastings, NE

Zion Classical Academy is seeking a caring and dependable Pre-Kindergarten Paraeducator to support our early childhood classroom. This full-time position involves assisting the lead teacher with classroom activities, supervising students, and helping maintain a positive, Christ-centered learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Alignment with Christian values and mission

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining a conducive learning environment.

• Facilitate communication between students and educators to enhance understanding.

• Help in lesson planning and implementing educational activities.

• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers as needed.

• Foster positive relationships with students to promote their social and emotional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
